i once upon a time was enrolled into private college, vocational school. i decided to forfeit school because their program was bogus. since then i have received one letter about owing money, but i never signed the master promissory note at all. is it still on me to owe financial aid? im just worried they will garnish my taxes that will be coming in soon...
