do i still have to pre-order black ops 2 hardened edition to get nuke town 2025 zombies?

basically i want to get black ops 2 the hardened edition but i don't want to pre-order it , i just wanna get it the day it comes out from the store will it still come with nuketown 2025 the multiplayer and the zombies map
