My daughter had a photo session one of them £10 deals they took a few other pictures at the time.
When i went in to collect the pictures (thusday) i liked a few of the others plus the panoromic one at £150. I agreed on a collection of 4 (which i love) for £120 and the panoramic one at £150. i asked to join the payment plan (where you need to pay for the pictures before they let you have them)
I signed the Extended payment scheme record card stating that payments of £72.50 would be made for 3 months(after my initial deposit).
I have since had my hours reduced at work and phoned them to see if i could take off the panoramic one at £150 i was told that because i have signed and it has gone to head office i couldn't change the agreement in any way.
I have since remembered that with most things we get a 'cooling off period'
Would it apply to this to.
