Do I say Fish or Fishes?

In this sentence, do I use fish or fishes?
"In many species of reef fish(es) called wrasses, sex can change..."
Which is it?
 
Fish. You alredy acknowleged the different species, so 'fish' is corect. If you refer to all species, then they might bve called 'fishes'.

'Look at the fishes!' for example, sounds ridiculous.
You would say, 'look at the fish.' the same with the word sheep.
 
In this instance, "In many species of reef fish" is correct.
