My sister just got some fish. When she tested the ammonia levels, they were reading high. So we bought this Aqueon Ammonia Neutralizer stuff. But should we remove the fish first then treat the water or can we just leave them in the tank and add in the neutralizer?
What is the "cycle" that Darwin Ahoy refers to?
Oh, and do I take off/stop the filter once I put it in?
And (last one) do I have to, like, stir it?
I don't know much about this stuff, so I want to make sure we're doing this right. We already killed two african dwarf frogs by accident
lol
