I do a lot of commuting everywhere on my bicycle, sometimes to other cities. Mostly to work, and local stores to shop though. Through my research and by people it was recommended that I get a hybrid bike, since I am on the road most of the time, but do go down potholed streets and dirt roads. However Hybrid bikes cost more in price. Is there really a big difference in feel and speed in Hybrid bikes compared to Mountain Bikes (my current bike) and is it worth the money?
Do I really need to buy a hybrid bike?
