My prescription reads syph -0.25 cyl -0.25 for both eyes and the axis for RE is 80 and the LE 100. I get frequent headaches but this may be due to migraines also. My optician said that I have a slight astigmatism that may be helped by wearing glasses whilst reading, tv, driving etc. She said that for some people it helps them, but for some it is such a slight prescription it does nothing. Is this just a way of selling glasses?!! I have no idea what my prescription reads!
Do I really need glasses? I don't understand my prescription.?
