Fish such as bettas (siamese fighting fish). Do they really need high quality foods such as brine shrimp if i want them to breed. I usually feed my betta fish betta fish pellets. If i wanted to breed them, couldnt i just feed them the pellets. (by the way i already know how to breed betta fish, im just asking if it's ok to feed freshwater fish their flake
and/or pellet food in order for them to spawn and if they will still spawn if i feed them their flake/ pellet foods)
