I am 26 years old and am currently licensed in AZ. I had a NV license in 2001 but I paid with a check that bounced. My license was then suspended and I didn't know it (my uncle paid with his check so I never knew it bounced). I ended up relinquishing the license for an AZ one and have had it for several years. I now need an NV license again and have taken care of all the delinquent charges. Do I need to take a written or driving test to get the license? I asked the DMV and they just keep telling me to come in. I would rather not waste my time down there. Please help!
