do I need to start grooming my eyebrows?(pics)?

i just noticed i should start doing something to my eyebrows,, but i dont know what, and i really dont want to regret it....what should i do to them, i want to have it done professionally, do they just take care of it for you? and should i even start based on these picturess?? sooorry for all these questions! and thank you<3
