Do I need to site a quote if there is only one book according to MLA?

I have to write an essay based on a prompt that adresses a book. I was told to use quotes from the book to back up my argument. When I put these quotes in, do I need to site them according to MLA? Becuase all of them are from the same book (and it is know that they are). If I do have to site them, do I just need page number, author, and how do I site it?
