M Mr. L New member Jun 29, 2009 #1 I try to ride 20-30 minutes a day on my exercise bike everyday, but some days I feel lazy, tired and then very guilty if I don't. This has been my routine for the past 3 weeks. Is this normal? What advice, training tips can you give me?
