instructions for jury duty? I have been on call for jury duty all week. The question is...............I was instructed on the on call recording to call in for reporting instructions at 11 am. Am i still required to go to work? My boss is telling me to come in. The recording did not instruct me to report to work as it did the other days. Just wondering how that works since i'm not appearing but reporting at that time.
I work for the county, not a private employer. they are required to pay me, and i'm not supposed to go to work if reporting for jury service.
