my sisters laptop or charger stopped working. as she didnt know which one it was she sent it to be repaired as it still had 2 months warranty on it. however repairers phoned saying it was charger and it would cost 60 gbp to be fixed as it was physical damage it wasnt covered under the warranty. she didnt want to pay this as she can buy a new charger for 20 gbp. they then told her that to get the charger and laptop back she would have to pay 40 gbp for costs. can they do this. she ownes the laptop and charger..
