as i have personalised atm..? i have personalised numberplates and i'm trading my car in tomorrow and driving away in a new car, i have to get general issue plates in the morning so i can keep my personalised plates..
can someone please explain how this works, and how much it costs for 1. general issue plates....(i heard $0) and 2. how much to put the personalised plates on my new car.
