...or I can learn these..? from a company? I mean, will companies hire somebody to teach me these languages or they expect me to know these before they hire me? (I know it depends on the companies, but based on experience, what do you think?)
not basing on experience, but more on common sense. with the economic crisis, who want to pay to train, when you can self-teach? logic there is, if you really want the job, you run after the company, not the other way around.
You are definitely better off learning before hand, a well paying job will not hire someone who does not know anything about the language they are going to be using.
