i am a philippine passport holder that currently immigrated to italy and now im planning to visit egypt (red sea) this coming month, but i dont know if i need to apply a visa in an egyptian consulate for pre-arrival or no need because it says in the list of countries where filipinos can entry freely without visa, doesnt require visa entering egypt but south sanai only, but the egyptian site says there that we need a pre-arrival visa. im confused!! please help!
