Do I need to get a degree in arts and engineering to be. Head designer for a car

Ok I'm 16 I have a dream of becoming a Head designer...but I don't know how to achieve my goal...it's not only for the money I actually really want to do this...I was planing to go to community college and take Italian and German..and some math courses and then I wanted to transfer to SF arts academy
