Do I need to do Chemistry to do Medical Science?

I am from NSW Australia and I'm currently in year 11.

The only science I do is biology and I want to go to Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2010. I want to do Bachelor of Medical and go on to do Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery.

Do I need to do chemistry for my HSC subject to do this?

And what are the UAI Cutoffs for Medical Science?

Please help :(
