Hey Everyone,
First, thanks for even reading this...
I recently met Cesar Milan (the Dog Whisperer) at an event in Venice Beach. He had a sort of "meet and greet" and tons of fans came out to support him. We were all in a big line to meet him- once we got to the front of the line he signed our books and let us take pictures with him.
I have since started my own pet sitting business and am in the process of creating a website. In my website, I would like to post the picture of myself and Cesar....
Does anyone know if I can get sued for using his picture? The picture was taken with MY camera by my friend who came along with me. Also, obviously I had Cesar's permission to take the picture as he is standing right next to me and smiling.
So if anyone has any insight about this, I would sure appreciate the advice. And if I DO need to get his permission to use the picture- how would I do that? I went to his website and they even tell you there that its highly unlikely you will get a response to your email.
