I have a 1997 Honda Civic sedan but I don't have the original radio installed into it, I have an aftermarket radio instead. However in my car i still have the original tape deck (it wasn't with the OEM radio, weird right?). I went out and bout a car kit so i would be able to use my Ipod but it wouldn't let me insert it, my question is do I need the original security code to unlock it for use?
Do I need my security code to unlock this for my Honda?
