I live in Maryland, I bought a motorcycle for my son for his birthday, he has a bike license, i dont. I got it inspected and insured, Do i have to have a motorcycle license to get tags for it? Its in my name, I wanted to get everything ready so he can ride it the day i give it to him because his last bike was stolen.
