No such license exists for a personal service like that - why do you think there are so many "personal trainers" out there? To get a Bank account in your business name ie "Monica's photography" you will need a "doing business as" (DBA) where the info will be published and you can set up your bank account to have people give you your fees in checks - If you need to have people pay you with credit cards - then your talking "merchant account" with bank. Very pricey. Photography stores have business license because that have a public venue, and must show they're legitimate.
