Do I need an installation bracket to replace my Scion tC's car stereo?

I own a 2005 Scion tC. I am replacing the stock stereo with the Pioneer AVIC-Z110BT. Do I need to buy an additional installation / bracket kit, or can I use what is currently in the car?
