I'm about to launch my website and i need to provide those terms and conditions stuff to protect myself in case anything happens. Is there like a format or guide that i need to follow or must i employ an IT lawyer? I'm afraid that the lawyer fee will be expensive
My website is not just simply displaying contents. Its a trading website. Think ebay, but of course i'm not competing against ebay its just an example. This means my website sells stuff. Since i will be accepting payments, don't you think i should inform the buyers for example if the goods is damaged, they should look for the manufacturer and not me. I'm selling original goods. I just want to inform the buyers about those usual terms and conditions.
