Does anyone else have att? I bought the modem, its not working, so I called tech support. The tech I got a hold of said I need to hook it up to the "correct" phone jack and he has no idea which one that could be. Att only provides service to one jack apparently. Now they want to charge me to send a tech out here to physically. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I really need a tech or are they messing with me?
