I was arrested for strong arm robbery but the charges were dropped (nolle prosequi) because i was falsely accused (Innocent) and my arrest was expunged. do i need a waiver because i have been reading and all it says i need a suitability review. I did not have to do any type of Pretrial intervention program. DA and the police realized they made a mistake because they gave me a polygraph test a passed every answer. would i still need a waiver. can some one please explain to me about the suitability review and my chances of getting a favorable result.
