In one month I'm getting married to a man who is in the military. We want to leave for Alaska right away. Once I'm married I was told I will receive a military dependent ID card. But I'm not sure if it can be used as a passport or if would I need a passport.We are traveling from the United States by car through Canada and into Alaska where he will be in drill for the Army Reserves. I am assuming he can use his as his Military ID to get there, but I'm not sure If it works for me too. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
