Do I need a new EIN for my business?

I filled my EIN paper work with the IRS and put down our business as a partnership. We now decided to create an LLC instead in Illinois. We have received the paper work for our LLC and the entity has been created. Do I need a new EIN now that we are an LLC? All this was done before any business transactions took place and we will be taxed as a partnership.
Only thing that has changed in the name is that LLC is now part of our name.
