I'm a South African citizen that has been working and living in South Korea for the last five years. I'm engaged to marry an American citizen and we're filing a petition to get married (Form I-129F) in the States. Do I to submit a certificate on non-impediment to marriage with the form now?...Or do I wait until my interview at the US Embassy in Seoul? They need to see some proof of prior marriages were terminated but I don't see anything on what to include if you've been single and are free to marry.
