I'm not sure what you mean "get money from an apartment" but if you have no lease then you are on month to month and the owner can evict you at will, BUT there are probably laws regarding how much notice you must be given. Therefore you should contact a lawyer to find out for sure. But is it worth it? Spend money to find out that eventually you are going to have to move anyway?
Why not just find a new place and move on?
