I was giving a ride to two "so call" friends that called me that they needed a ride home and on my the way home i got pulled over, when i stopped they ran out of my car and they only got one of them according to officers for burglary, i was arrested and charge for conspiracy because they thought i was covering for the other guy that ran and possession of weed that they had in my car. Both are in custody now but i have court in two weeks and i am a california resident only not a citizen how is this going to affect me even if i cooperated with officers and detective.
