Do i need a lawyer?? Father of my unborn baby has arm twisted me through his abuse into feeling I need to share custody of our daughter through a third party (court) . There is not enough trust or respect between us that we will ever be able to come to a agreement or follow through on it. I didn't want this and kept hoping for the best and to be surprised but my baby is due in 2 weeks and we cant even talk without verbal abuse involved. I know he will deny anything I say and lie about me. Do I need a lawyer to protect my rights??
