Do I need a lawyer? 6 surgeries and it's still not right?

I wrote all the details on my last question in the GENERAL HEALTH category. But to make a long story short I had breast reconstructive surgery 6 times by the same doctor. The last surgery he marked the area needed to be removed and repaired .A couple days later I noticed nothing was changed when I asked him, he said it was dead tissue from other surgeries and he didn't want to mess with them...so I have one lumpy breast ....to correct it it would take another surgery. I have paid over 50,000 dollars and it still don't look right. if you want more details....it's posted on my other question I asked earlier"BREAST RECONSTRUCTION :6 SURGERIES AND STILL NOT RIGHT" . Should I get a Lawyer?
