The car has a leak at the distributor. The dealer says I need the housing kit also, but they also want me to trade in for a new car. Any Honda mechanics out there see the housing as a need to replace part?
They also put a new oil pan and gasket on my estimate. I get the gasket but the pan looks normal with no dents and a minor leak, something you would normally just replace the gasket on.
Do these pans require regular replacement?
