Do I need a box for ATT U-verse basic?

I have Time Warner Cable basic, with basic lineup and no box . I'm paying 60 per month. I'm thinking of getting U-verse basic that's 19 per month. I don't care about HD or dvr. If I order this service will they give me a box?
