...Engineer/pharmacist? My English skills suck a lot, but I am pretty decent at math, and science (mid ~high 90s) while I am only 70s in English. I am currently in grade 10 going to grade 11, I am scared that universities wouldn't accept me because of my crappy English skills. And even if I get into university, can I just take engineering/medical or do I still have to take English? Thanks
 
If you have crappy English skills you have no business trying to be an Engineer. Your entire day in Engineering is often taken up in report writing, e-mail correspondence, etc.
