Do I HAVE to street legalize my X18 Super Pocket Bike?

Im 14 years old, and im getting a pocket bike soon. My mom doesnt care, then I asked if I could get a Super Pocket Bike, since I want something a little bigger. But she wont let me have one since they are street legal and I dont have a license.
But it doesnt have to be street legalized does it? Pocket bikes are illlegal on public roads, so cant it be like a pocket bike?

Otherwise, is it my choice whether i want it street legal or not?
I live in a small neighborhood with no police, and im not going anywhere, so...yeah, please help!
 
a non street legal is illegal on the street...the bigger "street legal" bike is illegal if not registered .insured.and you r not licensed...pick your poison...amazing how you just break the law and mom doesn't care...
