S Sarah C New member Dec 29, 2010 #1 I witnessed a man who was involved in a hit and run and drunk driving and the police called me to say I was subpoenaed to go testify at his case. Do I have to go b/c I am afraid to face this person in court? I have not received any papers. Thanks.
