...Sprint owns Virgin Mobile/Helio? My original contract was with Helio. I know, but what I was thinking that they had the right stuff to last... Wrong. Anyways... Down the road Virgin Mobile bought out Helio. And a few months back (tired of my dinosaur of a phone) I wanted to switch to sprint and get the HTC Hero. But that meant having to pay $175 early termination fee. So my question is: Now that Sprint owns Virgin (who bought Helio), would I have to pay that fee to get a new phone with sprint?
