I buy bulk product and do have a sales tax certificate, i don't pay taxes for the products i buy from louisiana, and i get it shipped to texas. Do i have to charge sales tax or no? I started a business a few months ago and didn't know i had to pay taxes. So i never collected sales tax. So now i'm concerned if i've made a mistake. Called a CPA and he told me not to worry about the sales tax i didn't collect when i first started the business, that from now on to start collecting.. I still feel uneasy about it though.
