I want to get a htc phone for a tmobile sim card but at&t htc phone (there cheaper) and i heard that tmobile automatically charges you monthly for internet for phones that require it...so what im basically asking is if i unlock a at&t htc for a tmobile sim card will i have to pay the charge for internet? PLEASEE ANSWER!!

Even if you are unlocking an AT&T network locked HTC phone and using with a Y-mobile SIM card, You have to still pay the charge for internet. T-mobile network automatically detects the smart phone when the SIM card is inserted in and also it automatically adds a data plan. But you can change the data plan at any time. If you are not going to use much internet, You can choose a very basic data plan which is cheap in cost.
