do i have to honor my martial arts gym contract.?

i train at a martial arts gym not so long ago the gym changed owner,location and name.. the new place is horrible, the new owners only cares about money and the new trainers are bad.. but im stuck with a contract that i signed with the past owner. now i want to know if there is a way to cancel my contract with out paying the fee.. do i have to honor the contract with the new gym,
