i was a witness to something that involve a person and police officers. i was called at work from the DA's office and he wanted to know my full name and DOB. he said if the person doesn't plee guilty and is forced to court, i will be summons and have to appear in court.
why? do i have to go to court i am not going to help this person or say that the police officers did something wrong.
i dont have a problem being an American and doing my civic responsibilities. i just dont want this person to maybe do something to me because i didnt see things there way. or have the police mad at me cause i didnt help them make their case
