this guy pushed her and she hit the ground and in our school ANY physical contact is considered the first punch, and considered battery or assult depending on what happened. i don't feel like getting into it, but since she put me down as the witness and the school is gonna try and get my friend to charge him with battery does that mean i should go cause i was the witness?
(BTW i don't mind being the witness or going shes my best friend im gonna help her iwth anything i can)
