Do i have to get the entire web, talk, and text package with the Blackberry

from T-mobile.? i only want some talking minutes and unlimited text. I could care less if i have web
I don't need unlimited talk or web. Is it possible to remove those features from plan if i get a blackberry from T-mobile??
