I always wake up late, eat lunch and dinner. I work out 4days a week but I am wondering if waking up early and eating breakfast will change anything. Thanks and best answer for the professional/elaboration.

sorry for not specifying. I am trying to gain muslce. I also been working out for 6+ years. Well I do eat snacks inbetween and I been reading websites regarding calories , and I do take enough calories. But I am wondering if eating breakfast will make the better result.
because I heard here and there about eating breakfast is generally healthy but not sure if it has to do with boosting up work out result
