Do I have to drop the tank on my 95 Ford Thunderbird to change the fuel pump?

Do I need to drop the tank to access the fuel pump & change it on my 95 Ford Thunderbird or is there a site plate hidden somewhere maybe under the backseat or in the trunk that will allow me to change the pump without dropping the tank?

good guess, drop it, and make sure it has 1/4 or less, and a floorjack helps, with airtools it takes around 1 hr.
