Do i have to do a recurring transfer if i have a military account with wellsfargo?

I used to have to do a recurring transfer until they switched my account to a military account then i checked my mail and it said that they canceled all recurring transfers for my account so is this a mistake or what? so should my new military account still do recurring transfers to avoid a fee?
