...pay checks? I'm a new SMALL business owner and outsource payroll is not in the budget yet. I write my 2 part time employees' checks and deduct med. ss, and ca SDI. I'm not sure about FEDERAL WITHOLDING. Am I support to decduct this from their pay checks too? Please advise. Thank you
